1. Who we are

homehunt.ch is an online real-estate marketplace operated by IBEX PROPERTIES SA, Chiasso (the “Operator”, “we”). Full company details are in our Imprint.

2. What the service does

homehunt.ch lets listers publish property advertisements and lets visitors search them, save favourites and contact listers. We provide the platform only — we are not an estate agent, broker or party to any rental or sale agreement. Any contract is concluded directly between the lister and the interested party.

3. Listings and third-party content

Listings are created by the listers who publish them. We do not verify, and give no warranty as to, the accuracy, completeness, legality or current availability of any listing or other user-supplied content. Photos, prices, areas and descriptions are the responsibility of the lister.

4. Disclaimer of liability

homehunt.ch and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, from reliance on any listing, or from dealings between users. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. No advice

Information on homehunt.ch, including the mortgage and valuation tools, is for general guidance only and is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making a decision.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to publish only listings you are entitled to advertise, to keep your information accurate, and not to misuse the platform — for example by posting unlawful, misleading or duplicate content, or by scraping the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The homehunt.ch name, logo, design and software belong to the Operator. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it on the platform for the purpose of running the service.

8. External links

Our pages may link to third-party websites that are outside our control. We accept no responsibility for their content.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy notice.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Chiasso, Switzerland — the registered seat of the Operator — to the extent permitted by law.
